To establish a learning environment where comprehensive and individualized social-educational development constructively addresses issues associated with high school dropouts, runaways, teenage suicide and teenage pregnancy.
The Statement of Values for Winter Valley is:
This learning environment is based upon an equal opportunity for individuals to discover and enhance their personal character development, and encouragement for this development to be a motivating catalyst with enhancing the welfare of others.
The Statement of Vision for Winter Valley is:
This learning environment opens the door for individuals and provides both an opportunity for achieving personal dreams and developing citizenship for the community.
With the successful establishment of this first “pilot environment”, a second can certainly follow. |
